Mohamed Nabil Elarabi Eltantawi

  • Mr Nabil is the architect of the Relife initiative. He operates the Relife group has grown to an international company with offices in Egypt, Poland and Kenya.
  • He looks back at 12 years experience in heavy industry in particular the cement industry. In the cement industry he has closely works with 10 factories in Egypt and the rest of Africa.
  • Mr Nabil specializes in production of RDF - an alternative fuel that is used in the cement industry made out of certain fractions of waste.
  • Mr Nabil is also active in the plastics recycling business. He specializes in the common plastics sorts such as PE,PP and PET preparing the material to be again used in the production as raw material.

Zygmunt Wysocki

The Developer of the presented technology is Zygmunt Wysocki. Mr Wysocki develops technologies under the registered trademark Pyro-Kat in the area of waste treatment, renewable energies and many other highly specialized appliances that always aim to be a solution for an existing need in a given industry. Therefore his technologies are designed to be easy to implement and efficient in execution.
Mr Wysocki looks back at over 40 years of industrial experience. His technology has been implemented all over the world 205 times. The first installation has been built in 1981. Most of them have been developed in Poland (164) but his installations can be found in the USA (10), Mexico, Norway (2), Japan, Hungary, Slovakia, Belgium (4), Germany (3), France, the Netherlands, Sweden (5), Czech Republic (9), Switzerland and Italy with many records in hazardous and infectious waste treatment of different scale.
Mr Wysocki developed a portfolio of 7 European and International patents, 46 Polish patents and further 11 utility models.

Prof.Andrzej Jasiński

  • Prof. Jasiński is a professor in the area of Earth Sciences.
  • During his career he published among others many papers on the subjects of Environmental Impact Assessment, Waste Management and Chemical Technology – he has a valid licence in Poland No. 0001 for Environmental Impact Assessment Reports.
  • He often acts as an advisor in public and private investments that may have an significant impact on the environment.
  • He therefore is a member of supervisory boards of many public and private companies.
  • Prof. Jasiński is a well known expert in the area of environmental technologies and regulations
  • He is also active as a member of a Codification Commission in the area of Environmental Law in Poland

Kosma Jasiński

  • Mr Jasiński has an experience in the development of renewable energy projects in Germany and Poland
  • He also has many years of experience in the development of specialized collection systems of wastes from different business types, such as restaurants, hospitals, packaging materials from shopping malls etc.
  • He has a record of managerial positions mostly as business development manager and innovation manager and executive positions in the waste management industry.
  • Mr Jasiński graduated as M.Sc of Economics at the University of Dresden in (Germany) and further postgraduate studies in Project Management at the University in Wroclaw (Poland).

Mohamed Ismail

  • Mr Ismail brings 20 years of management & HR consultancy experience in Egypt, Africa & Middle East markets into the company.
  • Led and participated in 20 + Human Resources operations and HR consultancy projects.
  • Mr Ismail has a record for developing company’s HR strategies, policies and manuals across industries.
  • Mr Ismail studied Human Resources Management and gained a certification of HR Manager at the Columbia Southern University.
  • He also made a MBA at the Ain Shams University.

Ahmed Abdel Ghany

  • Mr Abdel represents the competency in the area of marketing and sales.
  • He has experience in sales management and executive positions in different industries, such as turism, cement industry and food and beverage industry in many countries.
  • His career is built around his academic profile as he studied marketing in Egypt and is working on his PhD in this area.
  • Mr Abdel also made MBA at the York Garden University in the USA.
